I stopped by last night. Fences are down, parking stalls are striped, but no power to any of the pedestals. Looks like a transformer is still missing. One odd thing I noticed was the "Tesla Charging Only" versus "Tesla Charging" signs. Didn't seem to be grouped in any sort of method. However for a busy Saturday night, nobody was ICEing any of the stalls.
I'll be driving to LA using the upcoming Free Supercharger Weekend to do some Supercharger hunting. That will guarantee that all these Superchargers will open the day I leave, you're welcome.
Do new superchargers generally open to the public by the date listed on Tesla's Supercharger website?
E.g. This Chino Hills one is supposed to be available by Q2 2021. If its not open by EOD today, someone's (at Tesla) gonna get into trouble

They've been pretty good since the switch to showing the quarter target dates on the map, but you should generally read them as +- 1 quarter. My base assumption is that they should usually have at least started construction within the quarter listed, not that they'll necessarily be operational by the last day. At some locations that won't have happened, but others listed with a later quarter date will have been fully built and activated before their target quarter, so it's all a wash.
OK, left LA after touching all the new Superchargers and this one DIDN'T open, City of Industry did instead at only 47 days of construction. I should know not to go by that number, it's always a fake out...
Hello! Just stopped by today, saw that the stalls have cones that say no parking on 7/8 between 12am-4:30am! Hopefully that means the transformers are being installed.
