Looks like it's at a Stewarts just off the Taconic:

It's open from 4:30 am to 11:30 pm every day, not bad.

I just stopped by the area yesterday - a week later than pics above
Entrance/Exit was very small to support the traffic that used the Stewart's store and gas pumps
Most of new construction work since last week was spent creating a larger entry/exit to the facility
which would give more direct access to the back area where the actual Super Chargers are located

I admit it going to be nitpicking here but looks like it is not off a highway but off the Parkway or the Taconic, which is a great drive and should be fun in an S X 3 or Roadster2 (dreaming) !

Yes - it is a Parkway -
The best driving is between where Route 6 intersects theTaconic and Interstate 84.
Driving is great in both directions - although going south from 84 is particularly fun because of the long up-hill grade after the thumb curve by Tomkins Corner.

I used to do the Taconic from NYC to Ancram which is about 90 miles in my Yukon XL. Now it is so much more fun in the Tesla Model S. Drive it at least twice a month both ways. Can be hairy in icy weather and appears to have been a practical joke at some points by Franklin Roosevelt ( started as a scenic route thru Hudson Valley) Man, the Tesla hits mountains like they're not even there. Yukon shifted up/down constantly. But I digress, real nice having a supercharger on the route

In your back of your picture, left to right:
4 Supercharger cabinets
Distribution cabinet
Empty transformer slab with meter cabinet on posts.
In the front:
Posts for signs, pedestal mounts and cables (Superchargers to stalls).
Still to be done:
- Install and connect the pedestals
- Install the charging cords
- Utility install the transformer, meter
- Final inspections
- Commissioning

Hey - great news - stopped by on Thursday the 11th
Someone from Tesla was there making sure everything was in order
He said they were hoping the site would go public on Monday!
