I took a quick walk thru the parking lot today, no signs of construction. Most of the retail stores are un-leased and empty. All the spots look reserved for retail, not sure where the residents park, but they were all full.

I walked through today as well and snapped a few pics. 7 of 8 v3 cabinets are in place, but still appears to be very much under construction. FWIW, there are L2 Chargepoint network EVSE's at this location as well.

Called the building. The lady said the chargers will be only for the residents. Does that sound plausible? And the parking gate closes at 6pm unless you have key card access.

The signage says "Future Resident and Retail Parking" so I think they may be mistaken. I doubt all retail tenants will be closed by 6pm, especially the gym that is being built currently.

Walked through here early yesterday morning and it didn't look any different than the previous pictures showed. FWIW, the entrance on Inglewood Blvd was closed, but the entrance on Washington Blvd was open at 6:00am when I passed through.

Walked through this morning. Still not open. All 8 cabinets appear to be installed, but construction materials still present. The 2 Tesla HPWC across from the SC are not taped off, but do not appear to be operational yet.

Looks like it's functional as the Tesla signs are lit, but could not try plugging in because the gates were closed early this morning.

The building staff just said they decided to have a pin code system that will allow supercharger access 24 hrs a day rolling out in the next month. For now garage closes at 10pm.
