Wawa is seriously committed to their partnership with Tesla. @MarcoRP has found building permits for a new site in Dunkirk, MD along MD-4 - the first site on this part of the peninsula.
I have a feeling that this isn’t going to happen. I don’t know why Calvert county is against charging infrastructure and the 3-4 counties that surround them are light years ahead.
It's funny how some new SuperCharger can go from PERMIT to OPEN in a couple of months and other's languish for a year or more. Now that Tesla has opened the SC network to Ford/GM and other's I hope they can expedite all future new construction. I fear the existing locations will get overwhelmed while the new one is being planned/approved and built.

It is usually the utility that causes the delay. There have been a few instances I recall of the contractor doing something wrong and causing long delays for rework.
Still nothing. This would be a perfect location. The supercharger is Edgewater is the nearest location to the north and the nearest location to the south is California, MD.
I wonder if there is anything we can do to express our support to Calvert County?
