Marco has located the building permit (status: issued) for the new Supercharger site in Dunnigan, CA. The address is for a Burger King and Taco Bell store immediately off of I-5. Number of stalls unknown at this point.

The part number on the packing list are for 8 V3 posts. There also appears to be V3 cabinets (at least one visible) in the photo along with the switchgear. Perhaps this is just a new design for the precast bases then.
If it was Rivian I seem to remember that they have a map out of their stations and the ones they are working on too. I saw it when they opened the first RAN one in Colorado, but I cannot find it this morning. Perhaps I didn't see a dynamic map it just seemed that way at the time.

I'm not sure they've settled on a name. I've heard them called Dual V3/V4, Alternative, and V4. The newest name seems to be Supercharger Flex, so we'll see.
