Keep in mind that before the stalls can brought online, they need to get power to the transformer. From the post and pictures it contained on 1/5 Supercharger - Foxborough, MA, the meter was not present on the transformer. The power for the transformer comes from the telephone pole at the rear of the parking lot, just to the left of the Rivian shown in photos from that same post. I took a photo back on 12/23 showing the primary wires run up the pole, but fuses not yet in place to energize the transformer. The photo contrast is crappy and with all the tree branches behind it's a bit hard to tell.

Even after the meter is in place and energized (display showing / flashing on the meter), the posts will rarely be lit until Tesla comes to commission the site - testing and enabling the posts. They also usually number the posts during commissioning - so looking for numbers on the posts is another quick way to see if Tesla has done their thing.

Still no meter today - was really surprised at this as I had thought there would be one by now. The good news is that that primary connections have been made atop the pole since the last visit.

Just an update, I drove by this evening and the chargers were all lit up. Not sure if they’re active or not, but they’re definitely getting power.

They are indeed! I believe repairs were completed yesterday by Tesla and the site opened. I'm hoping to shoot down tonight
