Well if I read this right, the Permit has been issued a couple of days ago.

Drove by tonight and saw the corner of the lot all dug up with tarps over the piles of dirt. Looks like construction had begun.

Maaz, I saw that a few days ago and my only reservation is that the address on the permit is 1425 and Lee's Sandwiches which is right next to that construction is 1451. Plus I don't know if they can jam 20 SC's into that corner.

Mazz, I think you were right and the address doesn't necessarily matter. I drove by yesterday day afternoon and they have a banner hanging on the chainlink fence. It said something like "EV Charging Infrastructure" or something similar so I guess that area will be the future home to the Gardena SC! I'm sure Lee's Sandwiches will welcome the extra foot traffic!

EVI just posted on their instagram about starting a Supercharger in Gardena. If you look in the background you can see Lee's and Vaquero Mexican Grill which is right across the street from this address I believe.
