That picture is rather odd. The Model Y was apparently pulling in nose first instead of backing in, and then I'm guessing pedal misapplication. I think somebody would have to be very, very drunk to screw it up that bad.

It is a small parking lot with chargers on both sides. Maybe someone was trying to back in to a charger on the other side of the lot and pressed the pedal instead (and panicked)?
