With the Class: Replacement, I’d guess this was a swap out of the parts needed for NACS compatibility. It was issued and finaled in February in the span of a couple weeks. We’d have reports of more stalls in the app by now if it was a finaled expansion.

No, changing internal parts to allow V3 chargers to be NACS adapter compatible for non-Tesla cars. Here are some of the electrical permits filed with the state for the same work at other V3 sites in the state. Kirkland handles its own electrical permitting so it shows up differently.
