Supercharger - Laval, QC

Work as started by the SAJO construction team. Started gidding the trench from Hydro access point to main charging site. Quite a bit of work tondo before the first snowfall but SAJO is an experienced team. Looking forward to see how this site will look once completed.

Note: Apparently different cie is building the Mascouche site.

is there anything close by like a tims or mcds that isn't inside the mall, accessible after mall hours?

No,there's nothing around except the mall. You could walk around 5 minutes to get to some restaurants, but nothing quick. (On Le Corbusier)

I find this location to be very convenient, close to the highway but this spot is really bad for anything else.

The Carrefour Laval is extremely crowded at anytime, expect heavy traffic on holidays and weekend. The SuperCharger would have been better in Centropolis or near St-Martin but I understand Tesla to be near the main attractions.

This spot will give enormous visibility to Tesla as it will be visible from the Highway and from every mall visitor coming from the North.

You could walk a good 500-600 meters to go to the Centropolis and get something. However, considering the amount of time an average Supercharge takes, You would probably end up with a beautiful sum to pay when you get back.

It took less time than I would've thought, I usually take a few days to filter my photos. I took a pic of the porta potty for those who wanted to see it

P.S. I can't seem to download my panorama shot. Is that normal?

I am not convinced that Centropolis would be better. It is most of the time impossible to find parking spots Thursday to Saturday from +/- 7pm to 10pm (I live half way between Carrefour and Centropolis)

Even after the mall closes, there are slow food places which close at midnight some days like Table51, P.F. Chang's, and The Keg Steakhouse and bar. However, they are located at the extreme opposite side of the Superchargers, at a good 600 meter walk from them. However, it's better for the users of the future BRCC located near Door 2 at a much shorter 250 meter walk. Despite that, both walks won't be very pleasant during wintertime. And then there is MEC which is the only charger that is open these days.
