I have driven past this one a few times and haven't noticed any changes in months

nothing ever gets done in south bay. there is an apartment building across the street from me that has blocked off parking spaces and installed charge points, but have yet to actually unblock the spaces and allow charging. This has been going on for 6 months maybe?

If it’s PG&E related, it has nothing to do with being in the South Bay. It is the same across all their territory.
