Went there yesterday. Was surprised to see the tent over some stalls, with a gas tank (probably propane). They might be trying hard to finish this even if snow started to fall. Good spot though, in middle of commercial center. Won't be as tempting as the one in Laval to ICE..

They're curing the concrete. Probably too cold to do it in ambient air, especially at night.

I wouldn't mind the model 3, I'm just not sure about it in Canada with all the salt on our roads in the winter. It is a mix of aluminum and metal. What is enticing is the price

The H-Q transformer was spotted on site the 22nd and H-Q was seen working on wiring on a utility pole the 23rd. If there is work on their end left to finish they will probably not be back from Xmas holiday until tomorrow, though.

If there is construction work remaining, that can't get done until the 2nd week of January. (Union province-wide) winter break.

Electricians and H-Q don't have the same mandated break.

I didn't think of it until now, but the brutally cold weather may slow down H-Q's progress. There must be time-limits on how long you can be outside (especially up a pole) when the "real feel" is -25C.

Almost ready. Seems a final go Needed. Was there yesterday. All construction finished. I don’t think -25 is a problem for H-Q per se. But they do have a lot of outages to repair today.

Me suis branché hier. La construction semble terminée. Pas de courant encore. Mais HQ à plusieurs pannes à régler. D’un jour à l’autre cependant.
