It looks like Tesla has changed their “Find Us” map to now show target quarters for their new SC.
There is one planned for Perry, Fl for Q2 2021 which will compliment the Crystal River SC on US-98.

I called the building department of the City of Perry and got some information and a permit number. Everything is in preliminary stages for permitting.
The permit number is 20-275 and the location will be at the Huddle House/Citgo gas station located at 2717 South Byron Butler Parkway, Perry, Fl 32348.
This is a few blocks away from the Hampton Inn which already has 2 destination chargers.

Any updates available prior to the Florida Tesla Club event this weekend that is 49 miles from the event?
Keep in mind, they could be unreliable due to testing, for the 1st few days after initial activation.

I drove by it on Saturday and it looked like it was up and running. I did not plug in though. I think we can update this to open, it shows in Tesla's map too.

Up and running! The convenience store won’t be open for a couple months, so no bathroom or snacks, but there are plenty of places down the road.

Yep Perry is up and running; look for the Huddle House sign on 19 South. The restaurant is undergoing renovation, so no facilities yet at the site. One of the workers said he's seen a surprising number of Teslas already using the SCs, so I suspect their business will be good once they open up again.
