Glad to see this! Fills in a coverage gap in the Dallas metro. Location is a great choice! Lots of amenities and conveniently placed near the intersection of PGBTP and US-75.

Nice, less than 10 minutes from my house. CityLine parking lots are often full of Teslas.

Finally a SC station within the metroplex east of 75 (not counting those right on 75). Could use one or two further east but this is a good start.

Firewheel area would be a good location. Plenty of amenities and ample parking spots.

Here's some photos of the site as of today. Looks like just the transformer and a little landscaping to go.
Neat layout! Should prevent stalls from being blocked by CCS vehicles given the double sided approach to 4 of thr charge cabinets. Hopefully they mark all 10 parking spots clearly to avoid ICEing.
