V4 has longer cables, built in magic dock and screen/card reader capability to be compliant with most government incentive programs. Currently V4 stalls are hooked up to V3(.5) cabinets so charging is still limited to 250kw at ~400V. Will be easy to switch to 800V when Tesla is ready to do that.

That is for the other site on Issaquah Pine Lake Dr (there is another thread for that to remove this confusion). This is in the QFC parking lot. Post #2 should be moved or removed.

The address of the QFC is Sammamish and the permit lists Sammamish as the city. Why does the thread title say Issaquah?
