I found a building permit that was submitted in September for a supercharger at 3131 Auto Center Circle in Stockton (closer to CA-99) at an upcoming store and service center. There isn't any information about how many stalls or what charging speed (I previously called the permit center but got no answer and haven't had time to call since). There were also three fee estimates for Tesla at this location to convert this location from the old Stockton Auto World dealership going back to April, but no indication at the time that a supercharger would be installed here.

Anyways, here's the description for the building permit: "TI to remodel existing service and sales facility to reflect Tesla brand and service equipment. Existing lifts to remain, new alignment rack, Tesla equipment, supercharger equipment, restroom renovation, new chargers, new partitions, paint and finish."

I was gonna speculate that it was gonna open before the other Stockton Supercharger, but maybe not! Good find.

Exciting news. Just passed by there today and they have the concrete base of the Tesla sign drying. You'll see it as soon as you enter the circle. There's also a Tesla sign on the building itself. I didn't think to take a picture until after I left..smh.

No superchargers stalls yet. The asphalt looks like it still needs work. Either way, it doesn't look more than a few months away from being completed.

I'll try to pass by tomorrow so I can upload pictures.

Pictures are attached as promised.

Anyone confirm that these superchargers are not accessible to the public? Based on inspections they should be visible if they are outside.

Not quite approved final building permit.

Looks like the above permit has been had a separate encroachment permit for PG&E that was extended through 4/24.
