No idea what's going on at the side of the Hilton. I guess it could be L2 chargers, but it wasn't in the permit description, the spacing seems weird, and there would need to be new ADA compliant parking spots.

Found a permit that was submitted on August 26th for Stockton, CA. It appears to be a V3 supercharger with 12 stalls. See building permit BP19-06217 on Accela Citizen Access. Here's the description for the building permit: "Installing (12) Tesla supercharging post, (3) supercharging cabinets, (1) switchgear assembly."
The location is the Hilton hotel off of West March Lane with an address of 2323 Grand Canal Blvd Stockton, CA 95207.
See the link upthread to the permit

The permit is not approved yet. Construction not started. No way to know when it will be operational but it will be many months, not weeks.
They’ve been literally working on the site all day, every (week?) day since the fences first went up, it’s glorious. This is awesome, I drove by yesterday and they were working. They probably won’t have time to pour concrete within the next few days because of weather conditions. Huge win for the Tesla community!
No doubt it's a huge win and a win for our little town. This is awesome, I drove by yesterday and they were working. They probably won’t have time to pour concrete within the next few days because of weather conditions. Huge win for the Tesla community!

Bruce Thank you for the follow upOn the findus map, the locations for "Coming soon" Superchargers are not exact. Generally they're the rough geographic center of the city where the Supercharger will be located. Once the Supercharger comes on line, the pin / address gets updated to reflect the actual location.
Bruce.
There's around 300 "coming soon" locations (in US) with "Target opening in 2019" message, so highly unlikely this one will be completed among others.I wish it will be completed within four days.
it will be updated some time mid January hopefully.otherwise Tesla Supercharging web page will be updated for completion to 2020

Telsa's map has "target opening 2019" for superchargers that haven't even broken ground yet. Don't take that wording as any kind of guarantee.Good for the Stockton Residences and Tesla owners used I-5 through Stockton. The construction should be finished by 2019 otherwise Tesla Supercharging web page will be updated for completion to 2020. Up to today, the Tesla Supercharging web page Stockton, CA | Tesla is still showing for target opening in 2019. I wish it will be completed within four days.
