I stopped by this location today. Fencing is down. The cinderblock I noted in my last pictures was used to build a retaining wall behind the charging cabinets. There is still missing equipment, note the empty concrete pad.

yup, that pad is for the "big green" transformer. You can see the wiring already there waiting for it. Now it's up to the power company.

Yes, there is a Tesla technician that does the final power-on.

I decided to drive over to Urbana and gave Magneto some juice. This Royal Farms seems pretty chill and quiet unlike many of them around here

Here is Tesla's proposed Urbana Supercharger, to be placed on the southern part of the Royal Farms lot. 8 V3 Superchargers will be installed per the redline revision permit.

Urbana, Maryland, Supercharger at Royal Farms, is now open! So nice! Urbana Rt 80 exit off 270.

Drove by it this weekend and to my surprise it's finally open. 8 stall 250kW chargers and it's showing on the Tesla app and showing up in the Tesla Find Us site and the car display.

Mcdonalds and Starbucks a few minutes walk up the street, Burger King and Pizza across the street. Ledo's and BWW across 355. Don't use SC's much but nice to have since I live nearby and won't have to stop in Gaithersburg anymore from longer trips.
