So, the transformer pad is in place and only 20-feet or so from a utility pole.

All stalls are back-in. One of the ten pedestals isn't installed. I think they left it out for the time-being in order to have a clear path to the various transformers.

Maybe. Not sure who the property owner is that they're leasing from. If you're curious, Yamachiche may have a site listing properties, their owners and information on taxes.

I forgot to mention there's also a motel next to the diner.

The same team of 3 companies from the RDL area has built all of the Superchargers in Quebec except Drummondville, Magog, and the two stalls at the Montreal store.

Of course, Edmundston, NB is much closer to their home base than most sites in Quebec. However, due to union or provincial politics, they may not be able to work outside of Quebec.

Update on PlugShare. All stalls, all cabinets installed. They are all back-in stalls. Crew is gone, but fences are still up. There has also been a spruce-up of the zone behind the Superchargers

The dreaded wait for the H-Q transformer and connection to the grid.

Conspiracy theorists will say that H-Q will take their time in order to not make their own Electric Circuit look bad (the Electric Circuit takes months to get a single 50 kW unit running).

Will do. I'm going to St Augustin de Desmaures and I have plenty of range. It's the return that I will need to charge. Going to come back thru Levis and the 20. I'll have more than enough to make it home.
