Tesla's Charging Connectors page has a bit at the bottom allowing you to choose a Country and then shows info for that country

/en_GB/support/charging-connectors

Obviously best to check that page in case new info has been added, but for convenience and discussion here's what it says at present (I've taken out the bits with links to Tesla accessory sales / Supercharger finder etc.):

France:
  • Recommended Connectors
We recommend to bring a CHAdeMO adapter and the Tesla adapter for French domestic sockets for a slow overnight charge at regular outlets with your Mobile Connector. Most French public charging stations have a different outlet called Type 3C. A Type 3C cable is helpful if you plan to use public charging frequently. Usage of travel plugs is strongly discouraged.
  • Find Charging Locations

  • Subscription Requirements
You can subscribe and order charge card via Corri-Door and Kiwhi to access CHAdeMO and Type 2 stations across the country. Please ensure you follow explicit instructions for foreigners when ordering your charge card.
Belgium:
  • Recommended Connectors
It is advised to have a Type 2 cable to be able to access public charging. We also recommend to bring the Tesla adapter for Schuko domestic sockets. Coupled with your Mobile Connector, you can use it for slow overnight charge at regular outlets. Please note that Tesla's Mobile Connector does not work on some locations due to the local grid and that usage of travel plugs is strongly discouraged.
