Suspension louder after battery replacement

About two months ago, I had my 2013 Model S get the dreaded message that the battery would need to be replaced. They replaced it and required me to pay for a modification to the suspension. It sounds like it's noisier when I go over small bumps, almost like something isn't fully secured. Has anyone else had a similar problem when getting their battery replaced?

Oh, that’s just replacing the rear control arm. Still functionally the same. That piece controls the camber of the rear wheel, I guess it’s possible they didn’t torque it enough which would cause a clunk over bumps, but it’d be unlikely.
My new '23 came loosely torqued from factory which caused the clunks. Service of course fixed it, but it makes me think it isn't unlikely
