Tablet tucked into driver dash panel like 2017 Model X

I wish to purchase another model X with 600 mile nominal range, display panel 5 degree tiltable and tucked into driver front dash panel like what it was in 2017 Model. Does anyone know how long I have to wait?

I abhor how the display panel in current 2024 model X is installed (see attached image).

For 3 weeks in 2023, driver side door had to be kept shut and my way out was through front passenger-side door. That’s how I appreciated the beauty of 2017 tablet tucked into front dash panel, except that it lacked 5-10 degrees tilt capability.

Here's a pic of how it was in 2017. You can still buy thus car. There's no going back.

My wife & I prefer the dashboard layout of our 2017 over our 2022.

Having said that, the 2022 X has other features that are further along than the 2017...
