TACC speed setpoint automatically increases

I do NOT have it set for "speed limit"

There are a few places in town where while merging on to freeway from ramp or feeder lanes the TACC speeds up by itself - very annoying!

In one place it speeds up before encountering the actual increased speed limit sign, triggering my "5mph over" chime.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any way to make it stop?

Seeing this too, even getting it to adjust while I was already adjusting manually in one direction...

I'm getting this now. Just in one specific place. I use the "current speed" as my set limit, and at the same point in 50 mph roadworks, the car decides we should be doing 70! Any solution?
