Tesla “Heathrow” question

So you know if they sell tesla products there? I’m thinking of getting a model 3 key fob, it’ll fit with my use case when I get my automatic frootyboots fitted and was wondering if I’ll just be able to buy one on the day.

Yes, I bought a fob the day I collected my car from there. You have to go to the counter in the building to the right of the collection building. Fob purchase is separate from the car purchase.

Its hit and miss - its a separate adjacent building and spares is not always manned if busy or at weekends.

If you definitely need something, reserve (ordersuk@) before and they may put aside or inside the car but give them a few days to sort
