I have my eye on the MK Camp tents. They look really easy to put up, you use an air pump like an inflatable paddle board. you get a choice of 1 or 2 rooms. It attaches to your rear hatch so you can use Camp mode plus an extra place to sleep or place extra gear. The tent is designed to stow in the rear trunk area as well.
