I was thinking that the larger vehicle diagram was used for the Cybertruck
until I noticed the Semi Tire Changer and the Semi Paint Booth locations.

Where does this Service Center floor map is located? Or is it only a generic blue print?

It's 1195 Corporate just outside the border of Sparks (like Giga Nevada) linked from the original post. I checked it out, and they are indeed getting ready to build something there:

This seems to be a Service Center specifically for the Tesla Semi used by Tesla between the Fremont factory and the Giga factory.

Tesla Collision Center is active although no sightings of Semis from my quick visit.
