Apart from the fact Tesla cripples the gaming capabilities in most cars compared to the S/X, this specific game was only announced for the PS5 and Xbox X/S-- no PC version.
(there'll likely BE one eventually, but you're talking 2026-2027 based on all previous rock star PC ports)
