Tesla's bottle neck in the near future is chips. I think its a great opportunity for the company to get into home manufacturing(think trailers and manufactured homes). I think Tesla can build a home that will outlast anything in the current market while being the most efficient. The younger generation is at a point where they are priced out of single family homes and are more willing to travel(hence trailers and RV's). I would buy a single wide mobile home with tesla solar, stainless steel exterior, one or two power walls, double pane glass, heat pump, efficient appliances and priced under 100k.
