Tesla in Argentina

I saw this post on reddit: Tesla event in Argentina in late 2018 • r/teslamotors

Sooooo I’m on holiday in the Miami area, and as a huge Tesla fan I went to their store in Aventura Mall. It was awesome and I finally came to meet the Models S, X & 3. As I was leaving I talked a bit with a salesman and he asked where I was from. I said Buenos Aires, Argentina, and he told me that Tesla was planning some events in Argentina, in Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Mendoza, in the end of 2018. I gave him my information and he put me in a list for the event.

Is this an usual thing? Have there been any news about these events?

So.. any thoughts?
