Just a guess, but maybe the roof glass isn’t sealed properly. Does it happen in the rain too? I know you’ve made a service appointment, but I’m just curious.

I haven't noticed it when it has rained. It seems to only happen at the car wash (strange). Also it only happens on the driver's side and not the passengers side. I'm hoping whatever it is will be covered under warranty. It's a 2021

Pretty sure that's always a warranty repair.

Take some pictures of the roof glass, on the driver's side, you may actually see gaps in the adhesive under the glass. When you take it thru a carwash, the pressure forces the water in, where regular rain will not.

No - you have a water leak problem with either the roof, or the rubber door seals.

Do you know if that should be covered under warranty if it's a 2021 model?
It should be.
Submit your pictures together with the service appointment / complaint.
Tesla SC may have some difficulties replicating the problem, so the more pictures, the better!
