Thanks guys! I wanted to capture the sound of this car accelerating. In the part where Joe was giving me a ride in the roadster, we did 4.5 seconds to 60mph. The battery was not full, the car was being driven around since the morning.

Agreed! Most videos I have seen have not adequately shown how quick this car is - but this video does a fine job!

We also hope to make a splash at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit next month, starting with the media preview beginning Jan. 11.

Is that not contrary to what we have heard before? Or perhaps we have only heard that the Model S won't be introduced at Detroit, but Tesla still plans to present something?

I wonder if this is Roadster related or maybe finally announcing their Drive Train customers?
