Tesla Model S 75D Visualization not working/headlight always on

We just got a late 2018 built Tesla model S in Switzerland 2 weeks ago(brand new). I know you need to drive the car for a little bit for it to learn. On the second day after driving for an hour on the highway, the visualization(lines, cars around, speed limit info) started showing and auto-headlight was working fine. Since then, none of them are working. It is on the latest software and I did all sorts of rebooting(soft, hard, change the wheel size back and forth). I wonder what is causing it.. Can anyone chime in if this happened, especially those in Europe? My brand new 2020 model 3 in US works great so wonder if its a model S thing..
