Tesla Model Y - Lost all autopilot features, speed limits and more after update v11.1(2023.26.7 31f4a80ed92f)

I updated my Model Y to the latest update yesterday.

When I came to drive it today I noted there was no longer any speed limit indications on the display, nor any detection of nearby vehicles, traffic lights or pedestrians.

Then when I went out on the motorway, I found could not engage autopilot or traffic aware cruise control.

Tried manually disabling and re-enabling them in my profile, tried resetting the display but nothing?

Known bug or am I missing something?

In case this helps, a common practice is to do the 2 thumb reboot after each software update.

Also, software updates occasionally lose some settings, so after rebooting, check the settings relevant to any features that stopped working.

If that doesn't work, it's time to open a service request.

Shut the Tesla down with with Safety>Shut Down and wait 10 mins.
