Tesla official pet liner - are there holes for the seat belt?

I tried to search for the answer on the forums here but as per the title, does the official Tesla pet liner product allow seat belts to stick out? I could not tell from any of the photos! I carry my white Labrador and my son in the back

Yes, there are. The outter (belt) part has a hole. The inner (buckle) has a velcro closed pass thru.
