Tesla online store issue

I purchased I wheel cap then returned it with the label that they sent me. They have received it 2 weeks ago however I didn’t get a refund. Emailed them twice, no one responded. How do I contact Tesla?! I can’t find a phone number

You dont, you wait for them to credit your account. There is no way that I am aware of to contact the tesla online store by anything other than email.

That varies from what I read here (like many things tesla).
