Tesla Parts purchasing?

I broke a plastic clip on my rear seat bolster (part number 1111033) and have been trying to purchase a replacement but am not getting an call back from Dublin or Fremont service centers. Does anyone have any experience with purchasing replacement OEM parts?

Tesla still has not returned my calls from either service center. I have a service appointment in a week so I will try to have them order the part for me then, hopefully see what the deal is.

I have not. I actually machined a new portion of the clip that broke off and screwed it to the piece that was still good. I also modified the design some to allow removal with out breakage. This way I can remove with out worry for trackdays.
