I have a Tech coming out today to look at my car at work. Having some brake and camera issues that Tesla determined was worth looking at.
I scheduled it at work because I'm chained to this place but I can work in time to hang out with the Tech.
I assume you all get this part of the text:
"If there are extreme weather conditions, please provide garage or shelter access."
That would have been NICE TO KNOW before I booked the appointment. If the weather was awful I just assumed they'd reschedule my appointment. While I love that they're coming, now I need to know what defines extreme weather conditions.
There isn't any precipitation coming today, but the high will be in the 20's.
Has anyone had an experience where a tech showed up and refused to work on the car because you couldn't provide shelter???
