Assuming they are not rounding, Tesla plans to install level 2 chargers at 24 garages in Manhattan

In Hong Kong, where 90% of buyers can't install home charging, they have installed 6 separate banks of superchargers for charging and many destination charger. The superchargers are often very busy but without them there would be no market. There is a demand for more. No letters being sent to owners here!
