Buffalo and that entire region are very highly vested in unions. It's in the blood up there. I grew up in western New York. That entire area is so economically depressed now it is really sad. No idea what the specifics are here, but the environment is very much non corporate. Kodak...Bausch and Lomb...Corning all seen better days for various reasons but the drive to unionize has to weigh heavy on any business that tries to establish itself in the area.

Barely positive on a day where macros are up and LA announces plans that likely translate to hundreds of millions of dollars (or more) in powerpack / megapack sales to Tesla. The market is ridiculous when it comes to this stock :Þ
The problems are nothing to do with unions. It's product.

I’ve seen this move before. If the Nasdaq doesn’t barf it’s gains, I think we will see a nice pop
Also, TSLA loves to fill gap-ups. We may even see $305 soon to fill Monday’s gap (it’s just something that I’ve noticed, don’t burn me at the stake)

Well I've given up and sold all of my Feb and March calls at a loss. Still holding April and June along with my mountain of leaps. Depressing movement in TSLA. Hopefully TSLA will move up sharply to spite me now and benefit those with a stronger stomach than me.
Silent TMC member and long time Tesla critic Edward @Niedermeyer yesterday published a Tesla hit piece on TheDrive: NHTSA's analysis of Tesla Autopilot safety was bad, but its coverup was worse.
Benzinga headlined it 25 minutes ago which TD Ameritrade and its Thinkorswim immediately repeated in their news feeds: Tesla Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) - The Drive Publishes Article Criticizing NHTSA's Autopilot Safety Study
Niedermeyer's argument is based on January 2017 and November 2018 NHTSA reports, and a Quality Control Systems rebuttal of them this past Friday.
