Tesla wheel repair?

During mobile technician visit, he said something about Tesla farming out wheel repair for damaged wheels?

is Tesla now scheduling wheel repair for scratched wheels? If so, who is doing it for them? Also, what is the procedure… Do you have to take your wheels to the service center? Will someone come and do it at the house? How does that work?

Seems like you answered your own question? The tech Said they farm it out meaning they do not do it. So search for a rim repair local to you and get it fixed or watch any of the videos or threads on this same subject and repair it yourself. It’s really not that hard to do.

But it also means that Tesla has a preferred vendor that they’re using nationally prepare tires, and I would like to know who that is.

Dealing with the service center is like pulling teeth sometimes because they are inconsistent best, which is the reason. I posted the question here.
