Tesla Will Bill Credit Card For Supercharging Denies For Shop Order

All,
Did a search for this question and could not find an answer. Set up my account including credit card. Purchased a 21 MY LR AWD from a forum member. The transfer to my account from his account was flawless. Have used the credit card on file for supercharging without a problem. Tried to purchase a NEMA 14-50 adapter from the Tesla Shop, but the transaction gets denied. Called credit card company and they stated that they had not received any attempted transaction from the Tesla Shop. Tried a different a credit card and the transaction was denied. Any suggestions as to a remedy for this problem? Is there a minimum amount that you have to spend in the Tesla Shop? Thanks in advance for any and all comments.

Since it failed with both cards, try deleting them from your account and starting over.
