How many cars have you got?

Looks like your tesla credentials need to be updated, but that's going from the limited info you've given us.

Last we heard you had broken a dashboard and now you've broken Teslamate. A summary of what you had running and what you've done would help us help you.

teslamate has been working fine for years.

4 cars.
recently noticed the warning about encryption key and trying to resolve.

i've logged out and back in to my tesla account.
regen'd tokens using auth for tesla.
have tried login to teslamate with & without using the teslamate gen'd encryption_key & the refreshed token from AfT.

Yeh, that's quite a lot of unclosed drives. Will take a while.

Before and after your script, for the same time period. You sir are a legend, thankyou!

Fingers crossed the database timeout resolves it moving forward too.

Quick support query.... :)

I'm trying to login to my teslamate database, but when I run what I believe to be the correct command the prompt just sits there and never completes.

sudo docker-compose exec -T database psql teslamate teslamate

My DATABASE_NAME = teslamate
My DATABASE_USER = teslamate

I use docker rather than docker-compose.

I think you need the -i option to make it interactive e.g.

docker exec -it database_1 psql -U teslamate -W teslamate

My 2017 MS updated to 2022.8.10.12 one week ago and coincident with this TeslaMate stopped logging data. The overview page still shows updated odometer, temperature, SOC, and the new software version, but no drives, charges, or other events are being recorded. I am running teslamate 1.27.2 / grafana 8.5.15, and just today pulled new database and mosquitto updates ... but the logging issue continues. Any advice appreciated.

Hi,
I have just looked at my stats for the last 1 year.
3.68MWh charged (Charging Stats dashboard) at 303Wh/mile net or 323Wh/mile gross (overview dashboard)
Mileage dashboard shows 10,434miles driven
So, at even 323Wh/mile, I should have used 3.37MWh, not 3.68. - why do I have a 10% difference? This is on top of actual electricity used as my BP chargemaster app reports slightly higher numbers for electricity supplied for each charge.

Wonder if anyone else has this difference of 10%ish
