I just ordered the entire set in preparation for my MY delivery next week. I prefer these to the other brands b/c they seem more durable and I like the higher lip surrounding the edges, particularly in the rear seat set. I'm excited for these to arrive (of course in addition to the Y!).

Tesmanian has a thinner spot in the middle for it to be folded back when you open the lower trunk
Can anyone advise if the oem carpet mats still fit on top of the tesmanian all weather mats? Especially in the rear where the shape is very custom fit around the seat risers?
Obviously I would not do this on the drivers side for safety reasons (pedals). But, I have a set of these waiting. Plan to use these all-weathers year-round for everyday debris control, because sand and asphalt dust from crappy roads is a big issue here, but still have the carpets on top in the passenger seats for aesthetics.

It may sound a bit crazy but each part has a lip on it so, in theory, you could cut the rear panel into two parts and still have it work in most cases. Not a perfect solution but it could be a feasible option.
I just got mine installed today because my model y had been in service. I like the way they look and they fit pretty good.... also I appreciate the fact they were wrapped in plastic for shipping as I had left mine outside in anticipation of installing them and it rained!! The Matt’s stayed dry though.... they were easy to install and I like the little Velcro piece each mat has to help lock in place...
