Depending on overall mileage, I would buy an Ox EV now.

I would too. The 125-155 mile range in the $25-30k range works for a key segment of the market.

Considering that the Think City is intended to go on sale in the $20k-25k range I highly doubt they will be selling the Ox that cheap. Remember the Think city costs $38k here in Oslo.
If they can make them fast enough they might be a good competitor for the Volt though...
