The new charging etiquette!

Victory Garden's Superchargers got one head in slot just like that one. It is the most desirable spot and usually first one taken as most people here don't like to back their car into a parking spot especially when it is full and you have to back in between 2 other Tesla. But it looks like that guy didn't want to back out from a parking spot either.. seems like the only reason he didn't pull into the spot.
