Last week I was in a parking lot with an exit you have to approach at an angle. It needed every cm of my 190cm height and lot of stretching to get the ticket in for opening the barrier.
My bank's drive-thru is very short, just about right for the car. Parking ramps, not so fun. But don't try to enter the code for the machine for entering the automatic touchless car wash, almost impossible!
If it's like my mailbox, there's a very narrow window of 'close enough to open the mailbox without the car blocking reaching in to get your mail'. It's usually easier to just take the dogs out for a walk. Then I can stop by the trash and dump most of it before going back in the house

For what it is worth, I think mainly only late 2008s (between about #240 and yours) got those wheels. And even in that range you could pay extra to get the older style 'premium' (forged not cast) wheel. They generally weren't on 2010s & 2011s, and not on the early 2008s. Guessing maybe around 100 sets of them were made?
I believe my post was in response to someone saying that the manual says no automatic car washes. I find that the touch-less car washes are pretty much fine. Even with the soft top, I sit inside with a roll of paper towels and dab up a few drops here and there.
