I would like to get my M3 SR tires rotated (over 7000 miles on them). In the app checked for Tire Rotation but the "Describe Concern" question is grayed out as is the "Next" option. I'm stuck. Suggestions?

Never mind. Figured it out. Kept tapping on the "Describe Concern" question, which finally let me enter "Routine rotation" which then permitted moving on with the request.
