Touchscreen Issue

I'm having an issue where the AC will start blowing out forcefully and the touch screen becomes unresponsive for a few seconds. After this few seconds the air returns to normal(what it was set to) and the touch screen becomes responsive once more. Steering wheel reset did not fix the issues in the two times I did it. Could it be a static issue? Model 3

Is it when you first open the door after the car has been asleep? The touchscreen does take a minute to become responsive after sleep. Not sure about the AC though

Really? I have never had the touch screen not be responsive after sleep?

It's probably the mcu or the screen having high load and warms up the chip, and the in cabin sensors sits behind the screen.

This happens to me when I try to stream something in the browser. You can feel the screen gets hot briefly.

No it's while driving or while parked.

This sounds like a reasonable culprit.
