Chat did not give me any information about my order, insisted that I talk to my Vehicle Specialist. Emailed my VS and they said account looks good and just waiting on a VIN, even showed me a screenshot stating that I am 'eligible'.

The whole Tesla process of assigning VIN# is so frustrating! It just feels so wrong seeing new orders getting delivered. Not many places where $100 is worth more than $2500, except with Tesla.
FYI, I had a mobile service call today and was told that there will be a large service center opening up in Fort Myers next month (exit 136 off I75-corner of Colonial and Ortiz.).
That's good to hear. I have delivery scheduled for 09/13 but still have to go to Miami. At least in the future we don't have to drive 120 mi for a service appointment

Call or text your Sale Advisor to get your VIN. Website doesn't always show, my VIN still doesn't show on website and advisor says it won't be until closer to pickup date.
