Great, so with your total confidence and having "tested the hell out of it in all imaginable scenarios" tell us under what conditions will your car spin out with Track Mode enabled but not in full stability control? Give us a handful of scenarios and be specific about it in terms of vehicle dynamics. Once you understand the specific conditions of this you can describe the next step of mitigating each scenario.

I can give a handful of these scenarios.

And if your answer is what it was before "if you spun out in Track Mode then you also would have spun out under full stability control" then I present you with this graph:

You might find some of that winding uphill road that pushes the car to the limits.

I'll be there, but not driving. Just cant afford new wheels and tires right now. Still I think I'd learn a lot seeing how others drive theirs.

Its likely that with the wider track and higher speeds you will be able to push the car beyond its limits, if you so choose.

As its a real deal race track I'd recommend leaving a bit on the table so you don't leave paint on the wall instead.

Just got my P3D and track mode is greyed out even in park, and nothings seems to change it. To OP did you get yours to work, to anyone else, Do I have to set up a service appt or is there something I can do?

Press the brake. In Park. Report back.

It doesn't matter in the US. Hard to imagine it would matter over there either. It doesn't do anything illegal.
